The City Clerk has received notification from the City Manager that the agreement with The Benham Companies, LLC, for Events Center construction management and related services, has been extended through June 30, 2010. This will allow an orderly completion of remaining tasks associated with the construction and opening of the Events Center. The City Manager was given authority for time extensions by Ordinance No. 17012, approved by City Council on April 21, 2008.Reported
