  1. Approval of minutes for the Regular Meetings on August 5, 2019 and August 19, 2019 and a Special Called Meeting on August 12, 2019

  2. City Council approval is requested for Change Order Number 2 with Superior Bowen Asphalt in the amount of $617,328.00 for the 2019 Asphalt Street Overlay contract to include intersection improvements.

Council action is requested to authorize the City Manager to approve a construction contract with Blue Nile Contractors Inc. for an amount not to exceed $367,013.25, authorizing future minor change orders for an amount not to exceed $36,701.00 and/or time extensions, for the 42nd Street Culvert Project (Project No. 70131810).

Council action is requested to issue a purchase order to NewGen Strategies & Solutions LLC., in the amount of $210,000, for consulting services to perform a comprehensive depreciation study and update IPL’s Annual Transmission Revenue Requirements (ATRR) consistent with Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) precedence, develop expert testimony, supporting analysis, exhibits and work papers defending IPL’s ATRR and depreciation rates.
