Council action is requested to authorize the City Manager to approve a construction contract with Pyramid Excavation and Construction for an amount not to exceed $527,673.90, authorizing future minor change orders for an amount not to exceed $53,000.00 and/or time extensions, for the 16th and Scott Sanitary Sewer and Storm Drainage Improvements Project (Nos. 70131503 and 70301705).
