  1. Case 19-100-04, a request from Victor Arreola to rezone the property at 1026 E. 23rd Street S from R-12, Two-Family Residential to C-2, General Commercial, was advertised for a new information only public hearing at the May 6, 2019 City Council meeting. The proposed zoning was changed to C-3 by the applicant and the new information only public hearing was continued to May 20, 2019. At the April 23, 2019 Planning Commission meeting this case was continued to the May 14, 2019 Planning Commission meeting and the new information only public hearing before the City Council is now scheduled for June 17, 2019.
