Reports and Recommendations of the City Manager

  1. Approval of minutes for the Regular Meetings on March 4, 2019 and March 19, 2019.

  2. Council action to award a purchase order to Pennsylvania Transformer Technologies Inc., in the amount of $1,217,788.00, for two transformers for Substation K for the Power & Light Department.

  3. Council action to award a contract to A2V Partners, in the amount of $90,167.00, for the Substation M 69 kV Oil Circuit Breaker Replacement Project for the Power & Light Department.

  4. Council action is recommended to enter a contract with Republic Services  for Sludge Disposal for one year, with four possible one-year extensions for the Water Pollution Control Department (WPC).

  5. Council action to award a contract to Motorola Solutions, Inc. for Motorola communications equipment and services for City departments.

  6. Council action to extend a contract with The Kansas City Series of Lockton Companies, LLC (Lockton, LLC) to provide Benefits Consulting Services for the City.  The extension will be for a two-year period with the possibility of additional contract periods.
