Reports and Recommendations of the City Manager

  1. Council action is requested to issue a purchase order to Renaissance Infrastructure Consulting Incorporated, in the amount of  $79,886.00 for Architectural and Engineering Services for the Raymond, Harkless, to Mills Stormwater project for the Water Pollution Control Department.

  2. A request for Council approval to authorize the City Manager to direct the Police Department to submit applications and participate in the 2019/2020 Occupant Protection grant as provided through the Missouri Department of Transportation, Highway Safety Division.

  3. Council action is requested to authorize the City Manager to approve a construction contract with Mega Industries for the Englewood Arts District Streetscape Improvements Phase 3 Project (No. 70511503)  for an amount not to exceed $298,721.00, and authorizing future minor change orders for an amount not to exceed $29,872.10 and/or time extensions.
