  1. Approval of minutes for the Regular Meetings on November 5, 2018, November 19, 2018 and a Special Meeting on November 26, 2018.

  2. Council action is requested to issue a purchase order to GE International Inc., in the amount of $1,580,092.00 for a Major Inspection of the H-6 Combustion Turbine for the Power & Light Department. [Postponed from August 6 and October 1 Council Meetings.]
