  1. Approval of minutes for the Regular Meetings on September 4, 2018, September 17, 2018 and an Adjourned Meeting on September 24, 2018.

  2. Council action is requested to issue a purchase order to GE International Inc., in the amount of $1,673,915.49 for a Major Inspection of the H-6 Combustion Turbine for the Power & Light Department. [Postponed from August 6 Council Meeting.]
