Reports and Recommendations of the City Manager

  1. Approval of minutes for the Regular Meetings on March 5, 2018 and March 19, 2018.

  2. Council action is requested to enter into a price agreement (355-18) with TurfMark for Turf Maintenance services for the period of April 3, 2018, through February 28, 2019 with the possibility of two one-year renewals.  Expenditures will not exceed budgeted amounts. Motion made to substitute Palmer Lawn for TurfMark.  Approved as Amended.

  3. Approval is recommended to enter into a three-year lease agreement with TCF Equipment Finance for the lease-purchase of three Toro commercial mowers for the Parks Maintenance Division.
