Reports and Recommendations of the City Manager

  1. Approval of minutes for the Regular Meetings on November 6, 2017 and November 20, 2017.

  2. Council action is requested to authorize the Purchasing Manager to approve a change order for the design services contract with Powell CWM (formally known as Crowley, Wade, Milstead) for an amount not to exceed $4,340.10 and/or time extensions for the Neighborhood Sanitary Sewer Improvements Projects (Project No. 70300801).

  3. Council action is requested to issue a purchase order to Broadcast Microwave Services, in the amount of $113,499.00 for Data911 Mobile Data Terminals (MDT’s) for the Police Department.  Expenditures will not exceed budgeted amounts.

  4. Council action is requested to issue a purchase order to L-3 Communications, in the amount of $87,320.00 for In-Car Video Systems for the Police Department.  Expenditures will not exceed budgeted amounts.
