  1. Approval of minutes for the Regular Meetings on September 5, 2017, September 18, 2017 and an Adjourned Meeting on September 25, 2017.

  2. Council action is requested to issue a purchase order to Garland/DBS, Inc., in the amount of $82,380.00, under a cooperative agreement with the US Communities for wall and window repairs for the Power & Light Department.

  3. Council action is requested to issue a purchase order to GE International Inc., in the amount of $1,495,820.16, for a Major Inspection of the H-5 Combustion Turbine for the Power & Light Department.
