PUBLIC HEARING

A public hearing on an application by Donald F. Bauer for a Restaurant Bar Malt Liquor and Light Wine by the Drink License and Sunday Sales License for A Little Bar B-Q Joint located at 1101 W. US 24 Highway.   Full public hearing.  This liquor license application requires a two-thirds majority vote for approval due to residential property being located within three hundred (300) feet of the existing premises.

Approval is requested to amend the City’s Schedule of Fees to fees charged for services performed by staff for processing applications and managing the Tow Rotation Call List, with an effective date of October 1, 2012.  (Postponed from the September 17, 2012 Council meeting.)

Approval is recommended to issue a purchase order to Front Row Audio Video in the amount of $99,928.20 for the purchase and installation of audio video equipment for the Fire Department.

Approval is recommended to issue a purchase order to Alstom Grid, Inc., in the amount of $226,409.00, for five, 69kV SF6 Circuit Breakers for the Power & Light Department.
