1.

Approval is requested to amend the City’s Schedule of Fees to fees charged for services performed by staff for processing applications and managing the Tow Rotation Call List, with an effective date of October 1, 2012.



2.

Approval is recommended to issue a purchase order, in the amount of $55,081.00, to Knapheide Truck for a crane body for the Power & Light Department.



3.

Approval is requested to extend the Agreement with Lockton, LLC for employee benefit consulting services for the period of October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2015 in accordance with the amendment to Section I and Section II.B of the Agreement.

12-747 - A resolution reappointing William B. Moore, James R. Barbour, Howard B. Penrod and Joseph B. Stevinson to the License Surcharge Annual Review Committee for the City of Independence, Missouri.
