1.

Approval is recommended on the certification of the April 3, 2012, District Council election results, from the Jackson County Board of Election Commissioners.

The certified results of the April 3, 2012, real property tax for police services election from the Jackson County Board of Election Commissioners (JCEB) have been received by the City Clerk.

Approval is requested on the application of Sam’s Food Mart, LLC for a Retailer of Intoxicating Liquor in the Original Package License, Sunday Sales License and a Liquor Tasting License for Sam’s Food Mart #2 located at 11100 E. US 40 Highway. This liquor license application requires a two-thirds majority vote for approval due to residential property being located within three hundred (300) feet of the existing premises.

Emergency Change Order 1 to Purchase Order 134941 was issued to JCI Industries, Inc., in the amount of $24,396.00, for additional work to the 1-1 circulating water pump and motor at the Blue Valley Power Plant.  The initial Purchase Order was issued for $89,100.00.
