A public hearing on an application for Cork & Barrel, LLC, transferring an existing license to 10819 E. Winner Road, for an Intoxicating Liquor in the Original Package License.  Full public hearing.  Requires a two-thirds majority vote of Council for approval.

Approval is requested on the application of Cork and Barrel, LLC to transfer to their existing Retailer of Intoxicating Liquor in the Original Package License to 10819 E. Winner Road. This liquor license application requires a two-thirds majority vote for approval due to residential property and a church being located within three hundred (300) feet of the proposed premises.

11-086 - 2R. An ordinance authorizing a contract with the firm of V.F. Anderson Builders for the 2011 Intersection Concrete Overlay project for an amount not to exceed $245,570.34, authorizing administrative approval of change orders for an amount not to exceed $24,500.00, and making the necessary appropriations.



11-087 - 2R. An ordinance authorizing execution of an agreement with Independence Events Center Management Corporation to manage, promote, market, ticket and operate the Independence Events Center; and approving first amended and restated Bylaws of the Independence Events Center Management Corporation.
