The City issued Purchase Order #145589 in March 2017 for the City Hall Programming and Master Plan Project, Phases 1 and 2, to TreanorHL Architects. Phase 1 included an existing condition survey, and Phase 2 included a building space and parking needs assessment. These two phases have been completed and a presentation was made to the City Council at the June 26, 2017 Study Session. The cost for these two phases was $40,950.00.
Included in the FY 17-18 budget is $70,000.00 for Phases 3 and 4 of the project. Phase 3 includes services for master planning and concept design and Phase 4 includes services for concept design. Since the cost for these two additional phases will increase the total project cost over $50,000.00, City Council approval is needed before this work can begin. The total cost for all four phases will be $110,950.00.
Phases 3 and 4 will be completed by December 31, 2017.
