The motion passed with a recommendation for approval to be forwarded to the City Council for consideration.  Staff concurs with the recommendation of the Planning Commission.

Executive Summary:

Walker Custom Homes, LLC requests Final Plat approval of Voorheis Vale PUD - 16th Plat, a subdivision with four dwelling units on two lots, addressed as 12800, 12802, 12804 and 12806 E. 47th Terrace Court S.  Case No. 19-320-01.

Background:

These two duplex buildings are near completion and Walker Custom Homes seeks final plat approval in order to convey the living units to the new owners, and the common ground around the building to the homes association.  The dimensions of the dwelling units are created via an as-built survey of the building’s poured foundation.  All the streets and utilities in the project are constructed and are in service.

Motion

Commissioner Preston made a motion to approve the Consent Agenda- Case #19-320-01 – Final Plat - Voorheis Vale PUD 16th Plat and Case #19-310-01 – Preliminary Plat – Meadowbrook Estates Lots 54-128, Tracts I - K.  Commissioner Goldesberry seconded the motion.  The motion passed with four affirmative votes."

Emergency Justification:

Council mandates that all final plats are to be emergency ordinances to expedite the development process.
