In support of the Dollar General Development, the developer has requested that the City vacate an existing utility easement.
In support of the Dollar General Development, the developer has requested that the City vacate an existing utility easement. Vacation will allow for full development of the property. Plans for construction have been submitted by the developer to the City in accordance with the City’s standard development policies and procedures. Improvements will be constructed by the developer and inspected by the City.
No work will be required by this request and a fee of $300 was collected to offset the cost of processing the Vacation Request.
