Existing drainage infrastructure in the vicinity of the intersection 38th Street and Crane Street is not adequate for stormwater and groundwater to be adequately conveyed from the project site, resulting in standing water along Drumm Avenue down to 38th Street. This project includes installation of 429 linear feet of various sized storm sewer mains, 1,290 linear feet of underdrain, 10 stormwater structures, 1,599 linear feet of curb replacement, and all appurtenant work for the completion of the project.
