Drainage along the rights-of-way of Liberty Street and Stone Street have been found to be inadequate to properly convey stormwater through this area, resulting in flooding of the rights-of-way and of properties along Liberty and Stone. A design to install additional curb inlets and stormwater mains was completed, representing the Liberty and Stone Stormwater Improvements Project. This project includes installation of 1,025 linear feet of various sized storm sewer mains, 223 linear feet of sanitary sewer mains, 1,249 square yards of pavement replacement, and all appurtenant work for the completion of the project.
